Tegonal, and more specifically Mikel Cordovilla Mesonero, has helped them automate several parts of their workflow. For example, customers can now communicate via EDIFACT messages to place their orders and automatically receive their confirmations via the same messaging protocol once the order has been confirmed. Another functionality that has been integrated is an employee portal where all employees can access payroll, time reporting and general information.

As for the technologies used, the stack consists of a Java backend and an Angular frontend, all deployed and integrated on Extramet's Azure platform.
