Marco Steinacher is the newest cooperative member of Tegonal

Marco Steinacher has been with Tegonal since the summer of 2024. Marco contributed extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in the areas of real estate management and community processes.

Thanks to Marco's dedication, we were able to release Cohiva as open-source software in collaboration with the Warmbächli housing cooperative. This toolset for digital property management and self-administration is now used by several other housing cooperatives.

Marco can now also contribute with his experience to the management of Tegonal: We are pleased to welcome Marco to the circle of cooperative members starting from January 2026.
