Jascha’s experience with the digital world began with a chess program on a computer that his father had cobbled together for him from discarded parts. That computer itself has long since stopped working — but what remains is the joy of independent learning with open technology, as well as a lasting interest in free software and digital autonomy.
After ten years of experience in project work and organizational development in the social and cultural sectors — primarily in flat hierarchies — toward the end of that period, it was increasingly digitalization projects that shaped his career path. He is drawn to critically examining structures and creating systems that enable collective progress. His commitment to data protection and digital autonomy extends beyond his professional life.
What he likes about Tegonal is the team spirit within the flat hierarchy and the opportunity to work collaboratively and independently — as well as to make a positive impact on society and the environment through digital solutions.
In his free time, Jascha is passionate about hiking or experimenting with aquaponic systems — biological and technical processes that only work together. It’s a hobby that regularly demonstrates to him just how sensitive and, at the same time, resilient living systems are.
